    Headers

From what I can tell my current headers that came on the car are the dynatech 701-16510. They turn down right after the flange and go under the steering shaft, straight out, turn left and back just a bit. I'm looking at the Schoenfeld 1178 headers which go up and over the steering shaft. Has anyone ever had problems with headers clearing the shaft? Thats my biggest concern going from one style to another. As for it exiting straight out vs down and back isnt an issue.

if its a chevy motor use a 1186 or 1106 header , 23 degree motor correct.
