AFCO or BSB 3 way pullbar

Probably already been discussed on here, but I look thru about the first 10 pages and really did not see anything.

So- Anyone use one of the "3 way bars" compared to solid bar, biscuit bar or std. spring bar?

Pros, cons, good, bad, ugly?

all you need is a spring and a brake biscuit.
I have not heard of anyone having luck tuning the bushings within the spring. too many variables.
just get a 2 way, put a progressive, or a straight rate spring on it and be done with it.
or
a quickcar 3 bushing biscuit bar.
