Metric Spindle

I have a bent metric spindle with casting number RH459756. From what i've read these are from 78-88 g-body cars. I've also read that s10 spindles are the same and will work? Is this true? Or is there any other vehicles i should be looking for to pull spindles from? Just trying to match everything up without having to buy too many extra parts. Thanks.

I've used the s-10 spindles on mine, never had an issue.
