Basic spring setup

What would be a good base spring setup? Its a metric stub modified with Nova tubular lowers. Its setup 4 bar/4bar floated. Thanks.

a basic set up mite be 200# springs across the back and 700# lf and 750 #rf.what chassis is it? what rules imca,ump or usmts?what heads alum or steel heads? this all come in to play .

Steel headed 355. I run emod at spoon river speedway and Lincoln speedway. The chassis is an 04 Nullynski. It was origanally setup swingarm both sides but has been switched to 4 bar both sides floated. The rules are ump basically just in emod we have to restricted to 365 cubic inches with no roller cam or aluminum heads.

How many Emods you guys expecting this year? I'm considering making the plung!
