5/8 x 11/16 tie rod sleeve

My buddy bought this old modified that has a stock looking tie rod sleeve but it has 5/8 on one end and 11/16 on the other. One of them was missing when he picked the car up. The clip is a Metric Monte with Impala spindles is what he was told. Has anyone seen these tie rod sleeves before? If so can you point us in the right directio I would appreciate it.

pierce uses a 11/16 x 5/8 tie rod tube and so do i the reason is because we run camaro inner tie rods. i get mine special ordered from local race shop. i know ub makes them and poske also sells a nice one made by out-pace
