3 link solid pull bar

can anybody give me any info on bar angles on a 3 link angle, pull bar or jbar

or whats the max on angle to have in each bar an least amount to have

15-20 on left bar 10-18 on right 15-25 on top is a good startin place check your dynamic bar angle at around 4" of drop, jack the car up by the frame rail under your seat until you get 4" of separation from ride height if you measure from the top of your rear end tube to a reference point at the frame which you typically use the bottom on your frame straight down to the tube
