    Bert clutch question

Just had practice yesterday and my Bert transmission was rebuilt. Bled the clutch as usual. When I use the clutch now the pedal doesn't move very far and will only move slightly like the clutch is slipping. If I hit the pedal a few times it will eventually move far enough and the car will finally move. I looked at the pedal and it isn't hitting anything. Should I try bleeding it more? Never had an issue like this. Looking for a direction to look in.

The clutch pack is binding not allowing enough travel to engage it, my guess is it was reassembled wrong.

I would agree with dirtplay18 on the binding. I would be a little careful and check it out. I had an issue a couple years ago and it destroyed the clutch stack. Metal and clutch parts everywhere inside the housing.

You might be able to pull the tranny and open the side cover to see what's happening. You should be able to move the low speed gear with a large flat screwdriver. To see if it moves free or not. Just my 2 cents.
