I have the weld covers on my Aero bead locks. They take a little messing with to get them to work. You have to grind the holes a little bigger and pull the clips out a little bit to get them to latch. Its well worth it though. Nice to have the covers that go over the bead lock when its muddy with a cushion.

Sounds like a custom grind... I bought both. Summit Products you can get the aluminum ones for Aero and for Basset which are different. Keyser and Basset have the same kind of d-zus pattern.
