    swingarm mod setup

Hey, have been running latemodels for years, rayburns, rockets, swartz, etc.
last year i ran a 01 pierce mod 4bar/4bar and had some good luck with it.
just picked up a 04 american that is a swingarm,z-link car. it has a metric front clip and the motor has aluminum heads. i'm just trying to get a base line to start with.
    thanks.

What do you mean by swingarm, z-link? R.R. z-link and L.R. swingarm? R.R. spring not mounted to the lower link and L.R. spring mounted to the lower swingarm? I used to run a Laser car that was a swingarm both sides. Good cars, but I like my Pierce better. Probably should stick with the Pierce, but put the Z-link on the R.R. with the spring on top of the housing and a 4-bar on the L.R. Pretty solid set-up that is fast everywhere.

swing arm on both sides. the cage in this car will not allow me to run 4-bar on lr, it would cut tire down when it gets on the bars. all the cars around here are to tight to run the top of the track. had sucess with burn on the cushion. it's pretty much a copy of a older burn with 20in swingarm and 20 rear bars.
      thanks
