    • 1 Way – Adjust ¾” nylcok jam nut until 1 15/16” of the treaded shaft is exposed.
Preload spring ¼” by adjusting (3) 5/16” preload adjuster locking nuts that contact the
front spring plate. The unit uses an 18” swedge tube.
    • 2 Stage – Aluminum adjuster nut for setting the travel on the inner biscuits need to be
adjusted 3/8” from the back plate. Preload spring ¼” by adjusting (3) 5/16” preload
adjuster locking nuts that contact the front spring plate. Progressive spring needs to be
preloaded ¾”. This unit uses a 16” swedge tube.
    • 3 Stage – same as 2 stage. This unit uses a 14” swedge tube.
    • 2 Biscuit – preload 1/8” This unit uses a 16” swedge tube.
    • 3 Biscuit – preload 1/8” This unit uses a 14” swedge tube.
    • Spring recommendations – 1200lbs or progressive IMCA or without a spoiler. 1450
for USMTS or with a spoiler.
    * Swedge tube lengths are for the 4” rear end extensions.
