Are you running the rear end squared up or are you trailing the rr any? Even it up will help, best of luck.

It could, but i would bet the car is too tight on entry and thru the center. The driver is having to wait to pick up the thottle. The exit is the last place I would try to change. This could/would create a tight/loose condition. The front tires have lost traction, compared to the rears, and when the car slows down enough, it snaps loose. At that point, the fronts grip more than the rears.
The RRL bar having a negative angle is something else I would want to change. Without watching the car or having all of the information, it's very difficult to nail down the problem(s).
To the OP:

No the rr does not try to stand up but the car does seem to roll on to the right side and stay there. Could the j bar be to high and cause this

If its tight on entry, then it sounds like you are using to much brake to make it turn and then the car falls off the bars, it should turn with the steering wheel. square the rear end. higher compression LR shock with alot of gas pressure to help keep the car up. if you have to slide the rear wheels to make it turn then loosen entry.

I agree with confused. Start by squaring the rear end up or trailing it a little and also raise the right lower bar one hole (or whatever it takes to get 0 to 2 deg uphill to chassis).
Then if the car is still tight on entry and loose on exit go up 50 lbs on the RF spring. If entry is fine but exit is still loose/no traction then drop the right upper bar one hole.
Also where is your pull bar located left to right in relation to the drive shaft? Do you have a centered rear end or offset pinion?
