Stock appearing +1 or +2 nova lowers for a metric chassis ?

Now before everyone thinks I am cheating and god knows I would be the first right lol.
I am not running a sanction class ! I am looking to see if anybody makes them and where and where I could get them ? I have also been told to use a crown vic lower has any body tried this putting a stock crown vic lower on a metric clip and how hard that might be ? I have put a crown vic lower on Camaros before and that was pretty simple swap any help would be great thanks ...

A Crown Vic lower will not bolt on a metric clip. The bolt spacing is way different.

Everything that I know of that is +1 or +2 is a tubular design and does not look stock in any way,
