pull bar height

I think I have a fair idea on the angle of the pull bar and changes made there, at least I tell myself that any way. My question is what effect would there be by changing the height of the pull bar in the car while maintaining the same angle have if any? Say raising both the front and rear end of the bar 1" while keeping the same downward angle as installed at the lower height?

In effect, raising it on the rearend stiffens the pullbar spring/biscuits. The higher the pullbar, the more leverage it has on the rearend.
