Skyrocket soft front spring setup -bmod

A buddy of mine bought a skyrocket bmod. Setup manual said 500's up front on 200's on rears. So he followed manual and won last 3 races. 2 of which were invitationals for some good money. What is it about the 500's up front that makes this setup work so Good on this car?

This is almost like my 06 Pro Chassis....500's front and 175's rear. Car takes off like a rocket out of the corner.

What sanction is this in? Brake floaters or no? Lift bar?
