Outlaw 2 way pullbar breaking brake biscuits

I have tried the yellow brake biscuit and red. I have an 09 Shaw and I will be fast and it breaks the biscuit and it throws off the pinion angle and I lose everything? Any idea why this would do this. I have this on a 3 link for the b-mod class

Make sure all cupped washers are present and correct orientation. Is it the small one or the larger one that is breaking?

Well the first part has us confused as well we have the outlaw 2 way bar with a progressive spring, it is the bsb outlaw 7600, on their site it has the cupped washers on it. But ours has the flat washers which would be the one on the outlaw 7650 but it has different washers on different sites so we were gonna call tomorrow and see if that would cause it. On this particular one it came with one biscuit and we broke it after half a feature, this week we broke the same one after hot laps, we replaced it with two hard biscuits and one broke off about half way through the feature.
