short narrow u-joint ????

trying to buy a short narrow u-joint. I know 1310 is the number but that dont help with Auto zone or Carquest etc...anyone have a part number or make and model so I can pick one up locally thanks !!

great thanks ! I also discovered that it is used on a 2006 Jeep Wrangler...so that I can tell the Vatozone types, cause as you know the only way they can look something up is by make and model lol
