Emod set up help

I am running a older Howe chassis with mono leaf rear with coil over eliminators and floater 9 and will be running on 3/8 dirt tracks. were is a good starting point as far as set up for this car?FrontLF 700 RF 650LR 175 RR 175 coil over elimenators 55lb mono Leaf

I had a early 2000 ellis with that set up, tacky and rough was great when it slicked off forward bite was alot less

Do you know a baseline for setup? or what worked best

Same springs that you have, about 80-120 lr bite I always ran in the moisture on the bottom with this car if not forward bite wasn't the best.
