Need more coming off turn first 40 ft

Buddys car, noticed car was good one entry, middle! But coming off the turns just didnt want to come off that first 30ft off turns. But pulled good down the straights from the 30ft mark on! Even has a slight tail out look coming off!

What do you think could help him the most with this issues?

we tryed moving bars, bite, and trail. Still lacking what he needs
