Front Clip Identification

How do I determine or identify what kind of front clip that I have on my car? IMCA mod, home built chassis. I bought it off a guy and he had very little information. It has 5x4.75 bolt pattern so I have it narrowed down to a GM. Is there any guideline or count the holes in the frame or shape of the holes etc etc..... Thank you in advance for your help. I can post a pic later if need be.

here's a couple pic that might help the gray chassis has a chevell front clip the unpainted chassis is a metric. look at the side rails and the holes.

ah yes i do believe i have a metric. the oval hole near the front is the dead give a way.
