Eliminator in front of lr, on top housing rr. What rate rear springs to start? Metric front, nova lowers. Currently 750lf 700rf. Solid pullbar. Straight panhard on left side.

With that config, I'd go 200 - LR and 225 - RR. You could probably go 50-100lbs softer across the front as well since you have Novas.
Shorty panhard bars (left side mounted) have a tendency to be looser on entry and tighter on throttle. Decreasing LR bite or increasing RR spring can help that.Comment

The metric stuff I've always had to run fairly heavy front springs to keep from bottoming out so (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) hard even with nova lowers. I run an 800 lf, 900 RF. In the rear I always start off with a 225 LR and a 175 RR. It's always worked out really well for me.Comment

800 lf and 700 rf. 200 lr on eliminator in the back and 200 or 225 rr on top. Used this on a metric chassis i had. I was able to use a shorty bar with a spring loaded pull bar. Best car i ever drove.Comment

Mine is set up 200 in front of lr 175 top rr. 700 lf and 650 rf. Seemed to work the best for my car. 1/4 mile semi banking and normally slickComment
