??lubricants for Pull Bar??

Wondering what ideas and options are out there that people are using on the pull bars. I have heard some sort of liquid graphite in aresol can, wd-40 etc. What have people found to work best

it has a grease zert on it for a reason.

if it doesnt have a zert just put one in it and put a couple squirts in it every race.

mine is a pierce style which must be a differnt style than what you are refferencing...

drill a hole in the guide part of pull bar put a grease zert in it make sure u get through the bronze guide, it works great!

they sell a dry moly lube spray that i'm sure would work great also
