IMCA crate vs Open without spoilers

Now that we have a few races in this season, is the crate still appearing to be an advantage even without the spoiler? I havent been able to tell from the results who has crates or open motors.

you already answered this yourself in the other thread

"the guys who work on their cars win races"

This is strictly semantics at this point, but that's not an answer to the question regarding an advantage to either engine combination. That's an answer to what does it take to win races... and I would expect no less.
