What's everyone's opinion on where to run the pull bar on the rearend? We have always had it centered with the qc. What about moving it forward or backwards of the centerline of the qc??

Look at 3 different cars and you will see 3 different mounting locations. Fwd will gain angle with wrap up, center neutral and aft will loose angle. All depends on what angle you start with in the first place. Move it around and find what works for you.
