602 crate rev limiter

had to get a jumpstart for the feature last night so I know my voltage was low for the feature and im not running an alternator. Car was chipping out earlier than normal (tach doesn't work so I cant verify rpms) It seemed like about 5500 RPM rather than 6200. could low voltage cause this?

Check the green wire that taps into you dist.
