Help with Hoosier H's!!

What are you guys doin to the H's to help them fire, any certain way you guys sipe that seems to work? Seems like mine only come to life after 5 or 6 laps but if a caution comes out I'm done. Seems like other guys aren't having issues?

We sipe and ours come alive after 5 laps while most fall off. We also put on fresh rubber every race though.

We sipe across the tread on rear tires. Every other tread for abrasive dirt, every tread for black dirt. Make sure to get the edge treads siped very well. Only cut deep enough for one night at a time, go too deep and it will want to chunk out on you.
