Plug fouling issue on crate engine

Keep fouling plugs at idle....car floods badly, but only kills the center cylinder spark plugs....3,4,5,6. Corner cylinders plugs are still tan in color. Power valves replaced and dropped jet size.....no change....Thoughts? Thanks!

Assuming the floats and needle and seats are ok.By the accelerator pump squirters there are 2 small jets on each barrel of the carb. The one close to the squirter is the high speed, the out board one is the idle.Going larger leans the idle.

I'd suspect floats or needle and seat could also be the fuel pump how much pressure are you running and what kind of pump is it?
