What is the best flowing cast gm intake? (No marine or cheated up ones)

I would guess one thats non egr (pre 75'), 2 or 4 bbl?

most around here use the bow-tie cast intake.

Runnng a 4412 500cfm

last 3 casting numbers are 250 its a 4 barrel q jet and has the cleanest castings and runners

if you aren't allowed to even open up under the carb, I would run a 2 barrel intake, the large bore one, instead of a q jet intake
