It's been years since I did one, but I don't remember anything difficult or hard.If you have ever been in side one before I don't think it will be a big deal.
There was a local guy here that ground the gears off the counter shaft with a custom set-up he built... worked good and he sold a ton IIRC. M&R or M&W was the name...
