Head/intake help

ok here is my motor situation 363 9:1 holley 500 2bbl cast iron 2bbl intake with double hump heads. I would like opinions on whether or not to go with dart 180s or 200s. Would my intake being ported out make a difference in head runner size? and also would a680cfm rochester 2bbl make it all better too?
