    Engine blowing coolant out resevoir

I saw dried coolant on the hose under the overflow spout and some on the cowling, the level was past the full mark about 2'' would that cause it to overflow? i did a little searching could this be a sign of a blown head gasket or what? the truck is bone stock with 38,000 miles?

take the radiator cap off and start the engine up. It water pours and bubbles out of the radiator you probabaly have a blown head gasket. Smell the coolant and see if it has an exhaust type smell to it. Check the oil and see if it looks a milky color.
