titanium exhaust valves?

i got a set of dart head that have titanium exhaust valves in them and steel intake valves. What does that do by having titanium exhaust valves is that commen ?

It's more common to have Titanium intakes and steel exhaust valves as your intakes are bigger and you get better control of the valve and will let you rpm more, also a bigger weight break for your buck...We run Ti intake and exhaust valves with no issues...How big is your intake valve, if it is a big intake, it is hard to control that much weight with a steel valve....

they are 2.08 intake and 1.6 exhaust the stem length is 5.67 im not sure if thats a plus 250 or what it is on a small block chevy?

My guess says.....someone found a set cheap and used them.

...or at one time had both Ti intake and exhaust, hurt the intakes and replaced them with steel because of the expense.
