questions for Ford Guru's ? investigating switch

Looking at switching from chevy to Ford in a mod. not having run Ford before, for those that run Ford need some info, for things like what fuel pump to use..is there a mech pump option for alky other than belt drive ?

Whats the best bell housing to use with a falcon trans ? also what needs to be done to mount to chassis motor mount wise to switch ?

Also what is best combo to run in mod ? and lastly any good contacts for Ford engine specialists or other resources would be a big help thanks !!

motor mounts are the same, its a bolt in swap in a mod, i would use a bert bell/starter, however if you have to use steel quick time is the way to go, you can get an alky pump no prob, holley, edelbrock, allstar, speedway all have them, if your interested i have a brand new world products block and crank for sale, i also have tons of other parts i will deal on

We run a ford in our mod and love it,very smooth torque curve, motor plate for ford with correct offset for your chassis is all you need, front motor mounts afco and we have 2 new extra sets if you need some.we use blp belt drive pump and have never had one bit of trouble,we have run methanol and e98 ethanol.
I would recommend you give Lumpy a call @ Performance Motorsports 618-664-4767 as they specialize in fords and are very easy to deal with and it is actually done when they say it will be and the price is what you wre quoted. They will be glad to sell you parts new or used if you want to do the work yourself. If you have any questions feel free to give me a call and i will help you any way i can.
