There are a few types if you are running alcohol forget all of them. Alcohol even added into the regular racing fuel, eats it, that is why you do not see it used much anymore.

Cylinder Head Repair

The best I know of is Devcon Titanium Putty. I use it on truck engines to repair block surface. It is a bit pricey but it works.
