Our office feels like organized chaos lately, with everyone doing their own thing and no clear plan. I want to bring in a consulting or strategic company that can untangle our mess and create a roadmap we can actually follow. Bonus if they’re chill but know their stuff. Any leads?

Oh man, I’ve been there. At my last job we joked that our strategy was “vibes and Google Docs.” Everyone was busy, but nothing connected. We finally brought in an outside team after a product launch totally flopped because sales and marketing weren’t even aiming at the same audience. What helped was finding consultants who focused on practical structure, not just fancy slides. We worked with a group that thinks a lot about commercial excellence and systems (this piece gives a feel for their approach: marketing automation ). They were surprisingly chill, but ruthless about priorities. Within a few workshops, we had a clear roadmap and owners for each step. Chaos didn’t vanish overnight, but at least it became organized on purpose.
