    Failed Seal, Whole House Upgrade

The seal on one of our living room double glazed units has failed and there's fog building up between the panes that won't wipe off. Rather than just replacing that one, thinking of doing the whole house while we're at it. Problem is we've had a bad experience with a pushy salesman before and don't want to go through that again. Anyone found a straightforward double glazing company?

A failed seal usually explains that misting between the panes, but I’d get the unit assessed before assuming the whole house needs replacing. We had a similar issue and nearly signed with the first salesman who arrived; the quote changed twice before we walked away. Double glazing West London could be one company to include in your shortlist, but ask for an itemised quote, window specifications, guarantee terms, ventilation details, and time to consider it without pressure. Independent reviews are worth checking too.
