We recently moved to Prescott and are eager to find a church where our family can belong. Our son is outgoing and loves group activities, so we want a place with lots of opportunities for him to engage. We tried one church but it was too quiet. Can anyone recommend churches in Prescott for families that are lively and have a strong sense of community?

For a kid who thrives around people, a quiet room can feel like the wrong fit. Our oldest is the same, and after one silent Sunday he asked if church was always supposed to be boring. We later visited worship services in Prescott on a neighbor's suggestion. He found the kids' group right away, joined in, and was still telling us about the games in the car ride home. We ended up meeting other parents after service too. It had a warmer, more active feel without being overwhelming. Maybe stop by with your son and see whether he connects with the group.
