What is the correst valve lash to use on a set of roller rockers?

Assuming you are using a solid or solid roller camshaft, the camshaft should have the correct lash specs listed on the cam card. If you don't have that anymore, then you can usually contact the manufacturer and they can provide the specs for you based on the grind/part number on the cam.
Worst case scenario.....026" on intake and .028" on exhaust is usually safe unless you have a newer "tight-lash" cam.
