Cylinder Head Question

I need recommendations on which cylinder head to use with my combination on smaller dirt oval. We can use DART 180 or the 200 Iron Eagle heads only! All these specs are by rules;
SBC, 3.48 stroke(52LBS Min Weight), 5.7 rod, flat tops, solid lifter cam, brodix HV1011 intake,HEI all with a guage legal 4412

i would use the 200 head, it will make more power and line up better with that intake.

What about valve size, with a 2bbl is there any advantage to a larger intake valve? Say we use a 2.05 or a 2.08 instead of the 2.02 stock size?
