Ford timing question

I am new to Fords and running a 351 W motor this year. My question is where would be best to set the timing?

Its a 30 over 351, world 200 cc heads, flat tops, 240-250 .050 duration roller cam (not exactly sure on the cam, it was in the motor when we got it so we tried it. Thats all that the guy could tell us on it and don't have cam card), 4412 holley, victor intake. We have been turning it around 7200. It runs good like it is (34 degrees), but wondered what timing would be best.

I also run the 351w with world heads and 34 is what we run also that was the best number on the dyno...
