Midweight 406 vs Standard Weight 421

If all other components are equal (heads, cam, compression, etc), which should perform better on the track? 48 lb crank 406 or standard weight crank (I assume that'd be 54 or 55 lb) 421? This would be run with both a 350 and 500 cfm Holley carb.

    Thanks

idk because im not a pro engine builder, but i would think that anytime that you can lighten your rotating assembly by 7lbs or so that would be better than adding 15cubes
