Anyone been having troubles with these modules. 1st one lasted a year and and a half module died I know what caused it . Put in a new one ran grounds from cylinder head to chassis battery has double grounds I know that is not the problem now it appears to have killed another one dist has the complete Flame Thrower kit installed myself. Anyone got any suggestions it is the end of the year hate to buy another one I picked up a Pro Comp module I think it is less than half the price of a Flame Thrower any body using these .Also tell me about what set ups you are using. Years ago I quit using HEI and ran points won a lot of races thinking about doing it again I am out of ideas ??? Oh yea battery appears to be good will check further today.

I have had issues in the past with "new" modules, dying the first time running them. Using DUI parts now. We have ground cable from head to frame,tho we dont ground the distributor to block. Some guys do that. The units I speak of in the past were ebay bargains. -
We are gonna try the cheaper one and see what it will do . The last one came from Days.Comment
