Flakes in oil filter?

I just cut the oil filters apart from my last 3 oil changes to see how they looked.The filter from the first oil change had little shiny flakes the size of the end of a pen in it.The filters from the last 2 changes were clean maybe just a couple flakes.Was wondering if these flakes can come and go like this? Should I investigate further inside engine? Oil presure hasnt changed. Any advise would be helpful.

Those flakes were probably from having the block machined, then no one washed the black with soap and water before assembly.

There is usually a little metal in the first oil change from cam and brg break in etc.

I would say your good to go.
