Winterizing a Alcohol engine

I know to back off the rocker arms,and change the oil, and fog the cylinders.Do I need to refill the cooling system with antifreeze and leave it,or drain it and leave system dry.Also is it best to drain the fuel cell of alcohol and run engine with regular gas and leave wet with gas or drain all fuel from system? I'm not going to do any teardown or maintenance to engine as it only has 25-30 laps on it.I want to do a good winterization though.Thanks for any suggestions,Eddie

Drain everything take out fuel filter put trans fluid or Marvel oil in carb ,fuel pump and regulator.Pump it manualy threw all.Put anti freeze in engine some will say just drain block but i have seen one freeze because water was sitting in a corner of block.

I have ran 50-50 antifreeze all year,I just didnt know weather to drain it or leave full.I never thought of oil in carb and fuel pump,will this keep it from drying out?Thanks for the reply,Eddie

along with the other suggestions there is also a product for fogging marine engines made by crc, it works well for race engines too
