Y pipe

just goy my new 180 headers and im wondering if I should get a y pipe and connect 2 into 1.

I never did on my car, the v6 sound on a v8 is great, lol. If you have a chevy, make sure you put something around the dist or it will overheat the module on cautions.

well I ran all year with them open, but next year we have to run mufflers, im wondering if i should get the "Y" and run 1 muffler or if i should run 2 seperate mufflers"

Would probably cause too much back pressure.

A lot of big asphalt teams run the big single muffler. Only 180s I have ran was with a 4/7 swap cam and 2 mufflers. Thing sounded weird! Couldn't keep the bolts tight at all!
