I have a set of speed flow 1 5/8 headers that are oval port and my heads is square port. Will these headers work?

If part of the oval port is protruding into the exhaust port you will lose flow..sure, they will bolt up, but are they the best solution, obviously not...

is square port headers square looking. my headers has straight sides, top and bottom , but the corners are rounded and the corners come inside the port just a little bit. the heads are alum. 190cc , 202 / 160 pro star
