400 SBC Build Questions

What size Dart iron eagle cylinder head would work best with a 400 CID small block chevy engine? DIRT car 3/10 oval, roller cam, 850 or 750 carb? Would 5.7 rods work better than 6" rods?

got a set of 230 platinums rolled over with tit in and tit ex ..tool room 1.55 roller springs..manley tit impinged ret...Dart-Wilson Intake $1800 plus shipping

they would work good on a 406 inch motor

And go with the 6 inch rods
