I had the same thing on one of the trucks I service in our fleet. I took the fuel line and ran it up higher then the fuel level in the carb. The stock filter has a check valve in it to keep the fuel in the carb. Ours was replaced with a in line filter. I think thats what caused the problem for us.BUSTING OURS TO KICK YOURS

Connor is 100% correct on this, if you take your base pate off, you will find 2 press in plugs in the bottom of the main body. These are what always leaks on the Qjet to make this issue. You can fix it with high temp epoxy. This issue happens even more so with the heat cross over open under the manifold for winter drive ability, the carb simply gets too hot in the summer being that close to the manifold floor and they expand and contract to the point where they crack or just plain leak around the plugs.
