Best 430 Combo

Is there a consensus among the engine builders as to what weight crank ought to be in a 430?
Is lightweight always the way to go? We would be running this in a super late on quarter mile tracks that are really hooked up early.

The lighter the crank in a 4 inch stroke the sooner it will break.Yes it will rev quicker but you have to answer the question: do you want durability or quickness.

What weights are considered heavy, average and lightweight?

4 inch stroke with 400 mains and 2.100 rods should be about 50 pounds.
