    Bert tail shaft bushing

My rear seal was leaking so I replaced it and still leaked. I removed the tail shaft and found no bushing, ( used trans ). I heard I will need to get the new bushing milled out to fit the yoke after it's installed, can I take a wheel cylinder hone to make it fit. How much clearance should the bushing have ? Thanks.

Unless something has changed the tail shaft bushing for a bert or brinn have a set screw to help keep it in place. You shouldn't need to hone or mill anything.
