    oil cooler mounting

Have a oil cooler that is mounted flat under deck(concerned its not cooling properly), should I make a duct to it to funnel air to it or just leave as is. I was thinking of making a small duct on top of deck to funnel air to it.Thanks

How high do you think it needs to be off the deck, an inch and the width of cooler? Thanks

We just used the aluminum that the deck was made from and it is the width of the cooler and the front is probably 4 inches high as we have a 3" drop deck from the hood...
